What to Do If Analysis Takes Too Long

Expected Timing

A full 10-expert analysis typically takes 2 to 4 minutes depending on the complexity of the Office Action and the number of claims. Cases with many rejections or extensive prior art may take longer.

If Analysis Exceeds 5 Minutes

First, check if the Analysis Panel is partially populated. If some tabs show data but others are still loading, the pipeline is still running. Wait for it to complete.

If the Spinner Does Not Stop

If you see a loading spinner for more than 10 minutes with no progress, try refreshing the page. Your analysis state is saved. After refresh, the page will restore from the last checkpoint.

Starting Over

If refresh does not help, start a new chat session (click the "+" button in the sidebar) and re-enter your application number. This creates a fresh analysis session.
