Create Your Account

Navigate to abigail.app and click "Start Free." Sign up with your email or Google account. No credit card is required. You receive $25 in free credits immediately upon signup, and they never expire.

Enter an Application Number

Once you land on the dashboard, type or paste a USPTO application number into the chat (for example, 18/123,456). Abigail will fetch the complete prosecution history from USPTO PAIR, identify the latest Office Action, and begin analysis automatically.

Review the AI Analysis

Within 2 to 3 minutes, Abigail populates the Analysis Panel with a complete breakdown. The Claims review step shows your claim hierarchy. The Prior art mapping step maps each claim element to cited references. The Rejection analysis step provides argument strategies for each rejection.
