How to connect

Create an Abigail account

Sign up at abigail.app. Add your first patent application to your docket by entering the application number.

Add the Abigail MCP server

Add https://mcp.abigail.app/mcp to your MCP client (Claude Desktop, Claude.ai, or Cursor). There is no API key to copy. The server authenticates with OAuth.

Sign in with your Abigail account

The first time you use it, your client opens an Abigail sign in window. Approve access once and the connection stays authorized. The key on the Settings page is for the REST API, not for MCP.

Ask about your docket

Ask your AI assistant: "What Office Actions are due this month?" or "Analyze the 102 rejection in application 17/123,456." Abigail answers with real data from your docket.
